Did you know that you will automatically feel better when you choose to smile?

You don’t even need to have anything to smile about. The very act of turning the corners of your mouth up manifests a neuron-chemical soup that makes us feel good.

These same chemicals, that each of us manufactures in our bodies manifest feelings of peace, happiness and connection.

Learning to be happy is like learning to ride a bike, play cards, or boil an egg. We can build skill with a little practice.

We have the ability to affect our internal experience. Choosing to smile is a simple step that goes a long way toward our emotional wellbeing and satisfaction with life and our relationships.

Choosing to look for what brings us joy rather than keeping a watchful eye on what is wrong with our world sets in motion powerful unseen forces that attract more of what we want, more joy, and more happiness into our lives.
